I've heard of Kotobukiya's Bishoujo line and i must admit there's something about them that appeals very much to the male audience but i can't quite put my finger on it just yet...HA!
...anyway, my cousin Josh provided this Fa...i mean review fodder from his favorite fighting game franchise: TEKKEN! Here's Ms.Kazama from TTT2, or was it Mrs.Mishima? eh, whatever...
Excuse me...what was that? On with the review, oh yes, sorry i momentarily forgot. Anyway, as expected from a static figurine Jun is just teeming with details and of course the paint app is really, really good. After all, this isn't meant to be played with...errr...and also...um...
Uhhhhh...what was that?
Uhhhh, oh yeah, Koto was given liberty to alter the face a bit, to make it closer to a Bishoujo or a "beautiful young girl" since, well, we all know Jun's technically a MILF already...hehe...
God, this is a fanboy's fantasy figure right here. The sculpt is exceptionally good though she's kinda small for static figures that i'm used to seeing. Form is just fantastic and i especially like the pose...something about it...
Of course she comes equipped, or rather, stuck in a stand just so you don't get any ideas kids. You also get 3 different interchangeable circular films for the base shown above.
Price is pretty close to the newly released PAKs though i heard they tend to inflate overtime since Kotos are much more limited. If you wish to play with your figures, literally, this line isn't for you...but if you are LOOKING FOR a pair of reasons to get this, those i can supply you with...
(1) They are amazing and (2) they are nice display pieces.
What was that? Why is it appealing to male collectors? Sorry, i still don't get it man...but feel free to check them out, see what you can find then let me know, ok? Big Boys Toy Store still got some by the way.
I give this figure 4 out of 5 Fist Bites
